Rapid Test RT-2X

RT-2X is a fast 2-channel voice frequency test system for telecommunication testing. It comprises analog and digital interfaces (POTS, ISDN, T1, E1, J1, PCM) with the capability to evaluate all important performance parameters of a telecommunication device within fractions of a second.

ISDN BRI Interface Add-on board with ISDN interface. Supports the transmission and analysis of multitone bursts through an ISDN S0 bus.

E1/T1/J1 & PCM Interface Add-on board offering the following interfaces: E1 European standard 2.048Mbit, allows to access 2 of 30 PCM channels T1 American standard 1.554Mbit, allows to access 2 of 24 PCM RX/TX channels J1 Japanese standard 1.554Mbit, allows to access 2 of 24 PCM RX/TX channels PCM Common 3-wire data interface with communication data rate of 64 kHz – 2.048 MHz (8 frequencies available) in 8, 13 or 16 bit word length. The PCM interface allows standard measurements where no  E1/T1/J1 interface is available. Due to it’s flexibility it is possible to perform measurements directly at several telecom PCM codexes or filters.

LCL & RL Option LCL (Longitudinal Conversion Loss) and RL (Return Loss) extension board for RT-2X. Featuring high accuracy LCL measurement bridge acc. to IEEE455-1985 and easy to use RL measurement. Also supports LCTL (Longitudinal conversion transfer loss) measurement in three different configurations (AA, AD, DA). Special signals for the ERL/SRL-measurement are pre-defined.

User Impedance User I/O Impedance Module for RT-2X. Each set comprises custom-defined impedances for both RT-2X channels.
