RT-ATS, Mobile Phone Test System
The production test software RT-ATS in combination with the RT-2M audio analyzer measures audio and vibration parameters of mobile phones in the production. The simultaneous measurement of speaker & microphone parameters takes less than 1 second, so optimizing production line output.
The system is optimized for fast quality control of pre-assembled mobile phone modules and supports the following functions:
- Sound pressure level (SPL) measurement in two individual frequency bands
- Microphone Sensitivity measurement
- Vibration motor (RPM) measurement
- Verification of the measurement results against user-defined tolerances for PASSED/FAILED decision
