The new enhancement of the turnkey production software RT-Speaker V3.25 offer the following new features for speaker- and vibration testing:

- Output Switcher OS-0210 integration
RT-Speaker V3.25 supports the new 10-channel output switcher OS-0210, thus together with the input switcher IS-1002 multi-channels test sequences are automatically completed in a single task.
- “Re-Test” feature
The software displays in the production mode the “Re-Test” button at any failed test result. Pressing this Re-Test button implies that the measurement results are not recorded in the log- and statistic files. The test system is ready to repeat the test.
- R10/R20/R40/R80 frequencies
Supporting frequency response, distortion and impedance measurements according the ISO standardized test frequencies.
- Follow-up result viewer
The follow-up result viewer displays the test results of a follow up project sequence within one result panel.
- New measurement units for frequency response testing
Besides the common unit “dBSPL” offers the frequency response and sound level measurement the new units
- dBPa, dBPa/1V, dBSPL/1W/1m (these measurement units are listed commonly in product specs)
- dBV, V (for non-acoustical measurement, such as testing the frequency response of a line level)
- Selectable distortion harmonics
RT-Speaker V3.25 measures any harmonics distortion combination of k2, k3, k4 and k5 according the IEC or IEEE standard.
- Vibration measurements
The vibration measurement offers to customer’s speaker and vibration testing of e.g. mobile phone at one test station.
- Steepness suppression before boundary frequency
The Rub & Buzz test level is reduced at a defined start frequency range, e.g. applicable for combined vibration and acoustic test within the same single frequency sweep.
- Data logging network monitoring
The data logging network verifies constantly the availability of the assigned data logging path.
- Test result reporting
A screenshot with the test results is directly copied into e.g. a Word-file for documentation by pressing the icon ”Screenshot” and “Ctrl-V” (= copy & paste).
- Rename log files on production mode exit
Saves the last log file with date and time at the exit of the RT-Speaker software
- Classic Q factor
Measures the classic Q factor of the speaker
- Statistic overview panel can be stored into text file
