The new release of the production test software RT-Speaker V3.11 extends the speaker test application range and reduces the production test time. The following additional features are implemented for our customers. Updates are free of charge.

New Input Switcher IS1002 Control added
The Input Switcher IS1002 provides 10 input- and 2 output channels with internal phantom power. RT-Speaker V3.11 combined with the IS1002 supports the connection of up to 10 microphones at the same time for automated QC testing in the production line.

New Switcher Control Matrix
RT-Speaker V3.11 supports any test configurations including the NTI Input- and Output Switchers. Individual input- and output channels can be selected within the same test project for fast and automated testing.

Frequency Response Test Resolution
The stepped sweep measurement resolution for frequency response, impedance, THD and harmonics can be set to 3, 6, 12, 24 pts/octave. This requirement is often specified by R&D departments and now supported in the RT-Speaker production test software.

Individual Steepness Tolerances for each Rub & Buzz Band
The PureSound Rub & Buzz measurement includes 6 filter bands with a 100% correlation to the human hearing. Now individual tolerances can be set for each Rub & Buzz band.

Individual Resonance Frequency Tolerances
This enhancement is tailored for speakers with 2 or more resonance frequencies. Now individual tolerances can be set for each resonance frequency.

Faster Communication Speed
Loading time of follow up projects has been reduced. Additionally customers can disable the online statistics to reduce the loading time of new project test files to typically 1 second.

Comment Function and Auto Screenshots
User comments can be added to each production test result. This comment is also shown on screenshots and print-outs. Furthermore test result screenshots can be generated after each production test automatically, e.g. for each FAILED test result.

Project- and Cycle Testing triggered via external PLC
This new feature is especially useful in automated production lines. RT-Speaker loads individual project- or cycle files by external PLC commands through the DIO-interface. |
