Individual calibration certificates for the Exel line handheld instruments are available on demand and must be requested with the purchase order of the new NTi Audio instrument.
For the Rapid Test & A2 Audio Analyzers systems include the following products a calibration certificate by default: RT-2M, RT-2X, M2010, M2015 and A2.

2. Calibration and adjustment of your NTi Audio test instruments

The NTi Audio companies listed here offer approved calibration services. The calibration provides documented and traceable verification that your NTi Audio instrument meets or exceeds the published specifications. NTi Audio recommends yearly calibration and adjustment after the purchase. The calibration and adjustment is according to standard EN ISO / IEC 17025. NTi Audio is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. Please return your test instrument following the Service Guideline of your area.
