For service, calibrations and upgrades in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, kindly follow the RMA guideline below. Your completed RMA form supports faster proceedings of your test instrument. In case your product is an A2 or Rapid Test audio analyzer please contact NTI CHINA at prior shipment for any applicable special instructions.
- How to get the RMA* Number
All customer may email to to receive the RMA number form in return. Kindly attach the received e-mail with the RMA number to the product for return.
- Warranty
If your NTi Audio test instrument is under warranty, please include a copy of your receipt with the product for approval. (NTi Audio supplies all products with 1 year warranty).
- Packing
Please insert the product in the original product packing and put it in another shipping carton box. All returns must be properly and securely packed. The customer assumes responsibility for the product during transportation to NTI CHINA.
- Final Check
Please verify, whether following items are included in the shipment:
→ Product without accessories
→ RMA form
→ Warranty: Copy of receipt
- Shipping
Send the package to NTI CHINA on your costs. NTI CHINA can not accept freight collect returns. In case your product is an A2 or Rapid Test audio analyzer please contact NTI CHINA at prior shipment for any applicable special instructions.
