For customers in Americas, China or Japan please select the corresponding section in the left menu bar. Complete an RMA form to speed up the process. If your product is an A2 or Rapid Test audio analyzer please contact NTi Audio before shipping your goods to discuss any applicable special instructions.

• How to get the RMA* Number
  Complete the RMA form at http://support.nti-audio.com/rma.
  In return you will receive an automated e-mail with the RMA number and the delivery address. Kindly attach this e-mail with the RMA number to the returned product package.

• Warranty
  If your NTi Audio test instrument is under warranty, please include a copy of your receipt with the product for approval. (NTi Audio supplies all products with a 1 year warranty).

• Turnaround Time
  

  approx. 3 weeks	Applies for EU customers utilizing the cost saving service via NTi Audio Austria.
  1 week	For fast service you may ship your instrument(s) directly to NTi Audio Liechtenstein; the service time is typically 1-3 working days. Mark the RMA form as urgent so we can handle the request with top priority. The return shipment costs via UPS express service are invoiced at cost.

• Packing
  Please insert the product in the original product packing and put it in another shipping carton. All returned items must be properly and securely packed. The customer assumes responsibility for the product during transportation to NTi Audio. The RMA number must be visible on the parcel. Either attach the printed RMA confirmation so that the RMA Number is clearly visible, or write the RMA number on the parcel. If two or more RMA numbers are shipped with one single parcel, write all RMA numbers on the parcel.

• Delivery Address
  Please send the parcel to the delivery address stated on your e-mail with the RMA number.

• Final Check
  Please verify that following items are included in the shipment:
  → Product without accessories
  → RMA form
  → Delivery address clearly visible on outside of parcel
  → Warranty: Copy of receipt
  → RMA number on outside of parcel

• Shipping
  Send the package to NTi Audio at your own cost. NTi Audio can not accept freight collect returns. If your product is an A2 or Rapid Test audio analyzer please contact NTi Audio before shipping your goods to discuss any applicable special instructions.

• Return Shipment
  In Europe the instrument(s) will be sent back, directly to the Return Address stated on the RMA form, at the flat DHL rate.
  - Parcels < 3 kg: 34 Euro (including import/export and return shipment)
  - Parcels < 15 kg: 44 Euro (including import/export and return shipment)

• Costs
  You will receive a cost quote after inspection of the instrument(s). In case no service is, in fact, required, a minimum service charge of Euro 30.00 (or equivalent in your currency) applies. Please ask your local NTi Audio partner for a quotation for the required service in advance.
