Stack Light
The FX100 Audio Analyzer controls the external Stack Light via the built-in auxiliary I/O interface and the Flexus I/O Adapter Box. The stack light has three lamp sections, colored green, orange and red.

Foot Switch
The Flexus Foot Switch triggers the test execution via the Flexus I/O Adapter box.

Flexus Digital I/O Adapter Box
The Flexus Digital I/O Adapter Box allows to connect the FX100 Audio Analyzer to peripheral devices such as a PLC, foot switch or stack light.

Environment Sensor
Measures temperature, humidity and barometric pressure of the test environment. The test data are automatically integrated into turnkey test solutions for close monitoring of the manufacturing process stability.

FX100 Rack Mounting
Mount one single instrument or two FX100 Audio Analyzers besides each other into a rack.

100 V RT-IB Impedance Box
The 100V Impedance Box is tailored for the impedance response and resonance frequency testing of 70/100V speakers.

Turntable TT01
The Turntable TT01 allows you to execute directivity measurements (polar plots) of microphones, as well as lightweight loudspeakers or other devices. The USB controlled TT01 is supported by NTi Audio software packages, and can also be programmed to your individual needs, e.g. using a .NET API or MATLAB library.

Input Switcher IS-1002
IS-1002 is an advanced, multi-functional audio input switcher with 10 input channels and 2 output channels, featuring individual power supplies for microphones on each input channel. Up to 8 input switchers can be cascaded for multi-channel applications totaling 80 input channels.

Accelerometer
A range of uniaxial piezoelectric accelerometers is offered for analyzing the vibrations of devices under test. These may range from slight excursions up to strong impacts. The accelerometers can be mounted either with a screw or a magnet depending on the type selected.

Class 1 Sound Calibrator
The battery-operated Class 1 Sound Calibrator is classified for the calibration of class 1 measurement microphones, sound level meters and other acoustic measurement equipment. This precision microphone calibrator delivers 94 or 114 dB at a frequency of 1 kHz.

Measurement Microphone M2010 / M2015
The M2010 and M2015 are compact, high-performance measurement microphones with a class1 frequency response, dedicated to research, design lab, end-of-line testing and service. They are particularly suited for applications with restricted available space.

MEMS Mic Interface Box
The MEMS Mic Interface Box converts the digital output signals of up to eight MEMS microphones into individual analog audio channels. Bluetooth Box
The Bluetooth Audio Interface U 980 allows you to connect an FX100 Audio Analyzer to a Bluetooth device – e.g. wireless headset, loudspeaker – to measure its audio quality (supported profiles: A2DP and HFP). The Box thereby acts as signal relay between the Bluetooth device and the FX100.

Output Switcher FX-OS
Offers 4 additional switched output channels. Multiple FX-OS modules can be installed, thus up to 14 switched outputs may be established.

Input Switcher FX-IS
Offers 4 additional switched input channels. Multiple FX-IS modules can be installed, thus up to 14 switched inputs may be established.

Filter for Class-D Amplifier Testing FX-DF
The FX-DF module comprises two analog filters that are linked to the output signals of the amplifier under test. A load (substituting the impedance provided by the speakers in normal operation) is connected to the test system through banana plugs. The filtered signals are automatically routed internally to the two analysis channels.

Speaker Impedance Power FX-SIP
The integrated power amplifier and current sensor offer complete testing of one or two connected loudspeakers or resistive loads (2*10 W or 1*30 W).

Digital Audio FX-AES
The Digital Audio FX-AES module extends the FX100 Audio Analyzer with a digital audio generator and analyzer. The sync-input allows the generator clock to be synchronized to an external clock reference.

Channel Extension 2 CH -> 4 CH
Extends the FX100 base unit from 2 channels to 4 individual input/output channels.

Microphone Test Software (optional)
The turnkey microphone test solution provides an extensive test with short test cycle times. The solution is provided by the FX100 and operated via the RT-Microphone PC software. It provides a comprehensive set of measurements for the quality control of microphone components or assembled products, such as mobile phone microphones, headsets or Pro Audio microphones.

Speaker Test Software (optional)
The FX100 together with the Speaker Test Software forms a comprehensive test solution with a unique and reliable defects analysis. An objective Rub & Buzz analysis correlates 100% to the subjective perception of the human ear. The typical cycle time for a complete speaker test is less than two seconds.
