The Flexus FX100 is an all-in-one dual domain audio analyzer for broadcast applications requiring only half of a 19" rack space. Due to its versatility and excellent specifications, the instrument meets perfectly the typical maintenance or service requirements of radio or TV stations. Supported measurement functions include e.g. Level, Gain, Distortion, Xtalk, Phase and can be executed in the analog domain, with purely digital devices or in cross-domain setups. Thus, the FX100 Analyzer perfectly fits the frequent measurement applications in professional broadcast organizations.
The signal generator of the FX-AES option may be clocked by the internal high-precision oscillator in a range from 28 kHz and 192 kHz. Alternatively, the signal source can be synchronized to a wide range of external clock references such as AES3 house clock, PAL/NTSC video clock or to the AES3 analyzer input sample rate. The analyzer measures the sampling frequency fs at the AES3 inputs and the sync input in parallel.
